Corona Update: India all rounder player Rishi Dhawan slapped with a Rs 500 fine for breaking lockdown rules

Himachal Pradesh: The whole world is fighting against a common enemy, COVID-19. More than 200 countries across the globe are affected by the virus and so India. Like most of the countries, India is also following the lockdown the system at the moment to fight against the corona virus.Meanwhile, Indian fast-bowling all-rounder Rishi Dhawan received some sanctions from police for violating the law.

The Indian cricketer was fined by the state police in his state Himachal Pradesh. According to a report in The Times of India, the cricketer was found guilty for roaming in his private car without proper vehicle pass. Even though he came out in the relaxation period which is 10 am to 1 pm, no vehicle pass put him under the threat. Police sanctioned on the spot fine of Rs 500 on the cricketer and the issue was cleared within a short period of time.

In domestic cricket, he has been a well-known player for quite some time now. Rishi Dhawan has played 79 first-class matches scoring 3,702 runs at an average of 41.13 and has picked up 308 wickets with an average of 26.87. His record in List A cricket is also quite good. He has played 96 matches in the format and scored 1777 runs with an average of 34.17. In the bowling department, he has 125 scalps to his name.
