Gorakhpur: During a public interaction at Gorakhnath Temple on Saturday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath assured a woman, who had sought government assistance for housing, of providing not only a home but also pension and a ration card. When the woman expressed her demand for a house, CM Yogi promptly inquired if she received a pension. Upon receiving a negative response, he assured her, stating, “We will provide you with a pension, a house, and a ration card.” Immediately instructing officials present at the scene to take swift action, the CM directed them to address and resolve every issue faced by the woman.
CM Yogi Adityanath is currently on a visit to Gorakhpur, and as is customary, he engaged in a special public service activity called “Janata Darshan” during the morning at Gorakhnath Temple. In this session held in the Sabha Ghar of Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhavan, the Chief Minister interacted with approximately 200 individuals, listening to their problems and concerns. Reiterating his commitment to addressing housing issues, he assured those facing housing challenges that government schemes would be utilized to provide them with accommodations. Financial assistance for the treatment of serious illnesses and prevention of illegal land occupation were also promised during the interaction.
CM Yogi emphasized that strict legal action would be taken against land mafias, ensuring that no unauthorized possession occurs on anyone’s land. He pledged to provide adequate financial aid for the treatment of severe illnesses. Additionally, he assured that the government would prevent any illegal encroachments on land and take stringent legal measures against land mafias.
During the “Janata Darshan,” Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath warmly interacted with children who accompanied their relatives, offering blessings and expressing affection. This outreach effort reflects the Chief Minister’s dedication to understanding and resolving the issues faced by the public, reinforcing his commitment to responsive governance.
