Bhopal: The polling phase for the Madhya Pradesh Assembly election has concluded, with the fate of candidates now sealed within the Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs). The anticipation builds as the election results will be unveiled through the EVMs on the upcoming December 3. In preparation for the crucial vote count, political parties have rallied to ensure their representatives are well-equipped. In line with this, the Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee has summoned its assembly election candidates to the capital, Bhopal.
All 230 legislators and candidates have been called for training sessions, emphasizing the meticulous preparation required for the upcoming political event. The training will extend to both the aspiring legislators and the polling agents involved in the process.
This strategic move comes ahead of a training camp scheduled by the Congress on November 26 in Bhopal. During this training, candidates will be provided with essential information related to the intricacies of the vote-counting process. Tips on key considerations during the counting phase will be imparted, ensuring that candidates are well-versed in the nuances of the process.
The training agenda encompasses comprehensive guidance on various aspects, including the proper handling and understanding of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) and Voter Verified Paper Audit Trail (VVPAT) systems. This initiative reflects the commitment of political parties to ensure that their candidates are not only well-prepared but also knowledgeable about the technicalities involved in the election process.
Notably, this practice of summoning candidates for pre-election training has been a consistent approach by the Congress. In 2018, a similar training initiative was undertaken, and the party has opted for a parallel strategy this time to ensure that their candidates are thoroughly acquainted with the election protocols. As the political landscape intensifies in Madhya Pradesh, these training sessions serve as a testament to the meticulous planning and strategic measures being adopted by political parties in the run-up to the crucial assembly election results.
