Mohan Government of the state has once again extended the date for purchasing wheat at a support price. Now wheat will be purchased from farmers till June 25.
On Tuesday, CM Dr. Mohan Yadav held a review meeting in the ministry. After a discussion with the officials, the Chief Minister has decided to extend the date of the wheat purchase. Actually, wheat procurement work is going on in Madhya Pradesh since March 15. Due to this the date of wheat purchase has been extended.
At the same time, the CM has also taken information from the officers of the department regarding safe storage of wheat. He has also given necessary instructions to the officials for safe storage of wheat. Let us tell you that earlier May 31 was kept as the last date for purchasing wheat.
