Actor Nushrratt Bharuccha was involved in an accident in Bali and has been hospitalized in Mumbai where she is undergoing spine surgery, said publicist.
Nushrratt was traveling between Bali and] for a work-holiday trip when the crash happened. Now she is in hospital at Bali and is being medically monitored.
Nushrratt’s publicist had told us that she is being rushed to Mumbai on an air ambulance and will have the surgery there. She will be taking time out to rest and recover, so her working schedule in the next few days will be impacted.
Her staff are asking that people maintain a low profile until she is able to heal and not interfere with that process.
“We ask that everyone in our community respects her privacy at this time and give her the space needed to concentrate on her treatment and recovery. Her team also expressed its gratitude to people who cared and sent it “when it is appropriate” for additional updates.
In the meantime, Nushrratt is said to be in the ready reckoning list of Tiger Shroff’s upcoming film. It will be a first time on-screen collaboration between the two actors.
The guys behind the making were seeking an actor who was strong, yet could also possess some emotional core to it and Nushrratt fit the bill.
