Raipur: The BJYM staged a protest at the Mayfair resort where MLAs from Jharkand arrived few days ago.
The protest was led by the State President of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha Amit Sahu. The protestors alleged the Jharkand MLAs staying in MayFair resort were involved in debauchery. They alledged these MLAs were responsible for Ankita’s death.
On recieving information about the protests Raipur Rural SP Kirtan Rathore along with his team rushed to the spot and dispersed the crowd.
Thirty-two MLAs of Jharkhand’s ruling JMM alliance were flown to Raipur on Tuesday, a move Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said was protection from the BJP’s “horse-trading.”
The 32 MLAs are at the Mayfair Golf Resort in Nava Raipur, where they were flown in on a charter flight. MLAs of Jharkhand’s ruling coalition, who have been lodged at a resort in Chhattisgarh’s Raipur on Thursday alleged that an attempt was being made to topple their government.
