Balodabazar: 22 cows were found dead on the Gatapar Kosamandi road of Palari police station area. The big question that is being raised on the continuous death of cows is why the government is not making comprehensive arrangements for the protection of cows.

This morning, about 23 cows were found on the roadside on the village Gatapar Kosamandi road, out of which 22 cows had died. This incident created a stir as to who brought them in such a large number. The villagers informed the Palari police about the incident. The police immediately reached the spot and started investigating. At the same time, a team of veterinary doctors and the Tehsildar reached the spot and are investigating. The administration has started preparing for the last rites after getting the post-mortem of the cows done.

Deputy Director Veterinary Doctor Dr. Narendra Singh said that the cows died due to suffocation. In such a situation, the question arises that where were these cows kept, where they died and after that they were brought and left here. Earlier, 14 cows were found dead when they were stuffed in a similar small room in village Marda of Lavan police station area. Is this incident today also the result of the same, after which they were brought and left here?

In the previous incident, Collector Deepak Soni had taken a tough stand, after which the police arrested four accused from village Marda. After that incident, Revenue Minister Tankaram Verma had told the media that very soon the BJP government is taking effective steps to protect the cows. Proper arrangements will be made for them but no steps have been taken so far. This is a big question. At present, the Palari police is investigating this incident to find out who has brought these cows here and left them there.
