New Delhi: Union minister and Lok Janshakti Party founder Ram Vilas Paswan, who recently underwent a heart surgery, died today at a Delhi hospital where he was recuperating.
The 74-year-old was undergoing treatment at the hospital, and had to undergo surgery “due to the situation that had suddenly emerged,” his son Chirag Paswan had tweeted on Saturday.

Ram Vilas Paswan (74), who has been in active politics for more than five decades and is one of the country’s most noted Dalit leaders, has been hospitalised for the last few weeks.
