The makers of Ramayana: Part 1 have released a new song, ‘Judi Jodi’, on the occasion of Karwa Chauth on October 29, 2026. The song features Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi as Lord Rama and Goddess Sita, with music composed by AR Rahman and lyrics penned by Dr Kumar Vishwas. The Hindi version has been sung by Shreya Ghoshal.

The song is available on the official YouTube channels of World of Ramayana and T-Series, as well as on major streaming platforms. It has been released in five languages: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.

The song features glimpses of Rama and Sita’s wedding, focusing on the tenderness of their relationship rather than spectacle. It highlights the devotion, trust and companionship at the heart of their sacred union.

The makers announced the release with a caption inviting fans to celebrate Karwa Chauth with a love that is eternal and a bond that is divine.

“Celebrate this Karwa Chauth with a love that is eternal and a bond that is divine. Judi Jodi, song out now (sic),” the makers said.

Karwa Chauth holds special significance for many married women, who observe a fast and pray for their husbands’ well-being. The song’s release on the occasion highlights the enduring bond between Rama and Sita, a central theme in the Ramayana.

‘Judi Jodi’ has been released in five languages, with each version featuring a different vocalist. The Hindi version features Shreya Ghoshal.

The song’s release offers an emotionally driven musical glimpse into Namit Malhotra’s mythological epic ahead of its theatrical rollout. The film draws from one of India’s most revered epics and centres on the story of Rama, Sita and the battle against Ravana.

The release comes ahead of the film’s scheduled theatrical release on November 5.
