Kaleen Bhaiyya and his army have maintained their winning streak in the box office as Mirzapur: The Movie passed its much-anticipated test on the first Monday. The Pankaj Tripathi helmed crime thriller is now at the Rs 150 crore club on the international scales and has added more numbers to the tally of its theatrical run.
The movie has grossed Rs 16 crore net in India in 10,570 shows on Monday as per the industry tracker. This took its total domestic collection to Rs 109.75 crore. It has grossed Rs 154.05 crore across the globe.
Additionally, Mirzapur: The Movie had a big edge over Toxic, which was also released by Yash, on its similar first Monday. The crime thriller reportedly grossed nearly double the amount of the high dollar film on the same day.
Overall, the film was able to achieve a Hindi occupancy of 38.65 per cent on Monday. 20.15 per cent of spaces were filled in turn in the morning, with the figure improving to 35.38 per cent by afternoon and up to 38.38 per cent in the evening sessions. The occupancy of the night shows were the highest at 60.69 per cent.
Although Mirzapur: The Movie made significantly lesser this Monday compared to other high-grossing Hindi films contemporarily like Dhurandhar: The Revenge, which is the highest-grossing film of 2026 so far, and Border, it performed better than Bhooth Bangla.
Mirzapur’s pulchitrice power and loyal fan following are evident since the latest numbers only serve as proof. The performance of the film over the next few days will make the difference in how far the movie climbs up the 2026 box-office charts, as it already features strong placements worldwide, which is worth Rs 150 crore.
