Kusha Kapila denies reconciliation rumours with Samay Raina, calls viral photos AI-generated

Influencer and actress Kusha Kapila has strongly denied rumours of a reconciliation with comedian Samay Raina after edited photos of the two surfaced on social media. She also brushed aside the rumours of her wanting to star in India’s Got Latent 2 calling it “fake and seeded.”

Rumours of a ‘friendship reborn’ circulated after snaps of both Kusha Kapila and Samay Raina were seen at a birthday party, where they were seen as being together again as close friends. It’s important to remember that Kusha explained in a series of Instagram Stories that the photos were digitally manipulated.

She pointed out that the content is misleading and was manipulated with artificial intelligence and asked why anyone would want to make such images. She also denounced the attempts to create unfounded narratives about her on the internet.

There is also the issue of Kusha’s ex-friend Samay Raina at whom she once grumbled for his jokes about her.There is also an old friendship with Samay Raina at whom she had complained in the past as ‘good friends’. Taking place had a deep impact on her and even made her think of doing therapy, she said.

The actress has clarified that while they’ve tried to be friendly and get rid of the past, they are not their friends. She outright declared that she will not be appearing on India’s Got Latent and both of them agreed that they would not talk about each other publicly.

Responding to the invitation for clarification that they had been hanging out together at Jasleen’s birthday party, Kusha explained that they were at the same event, but did not “interact”. She appealed to individuals and social media to not spread false narratives and to hold villains responsible by minimising women through misinformation.

She clarifies this as there is growing concern about the use of AI generated and altered images to further exalted celebrities’ rumours on social media.
