The Council for Indian School Certificate Examination has declared the Class 10 second board exam results, also known as the improvement examination results. Students who appeared for the exam that was held from June 15 can access their results through the official portal of CISCE results.
This year, around 5,321 candidates appeared for the examination, with 13,032 paper-wise entries across 27 subjects. The exam was held At 341 examination centres, while the evaluation was carried out at 43 centres by 185 examiners. Students will need their login credentials to view and download their scorecards. The board has also confirmed that digital mark sheets can also be downloaded from Digilocker from July 24th. It has reiterated that students will not be disadvantaged by opting the improvement examination. For every subject that the candidate appeared in the improvement test, the board will consider the highest marks that were obtained between the main exam and the improvement examination. The revised marks will reflect the candidate’s final score.
Using your unique ID, index number and the captcha code displayed on the screen of the official website of CISCE, students can check the results under the section ICSE Class 10 Improvement Examination Result 2026. Students will then have to download the scorecard and take a printout for future references. Alternatively, candidates can also click here to download the Class 10 Improvement Result.
Around 2.5 lakh students appeared for the main ICSE examination, with the pass percentage standing at 99.18 per cent, while over 1.03 lakh students took the ISC examination, recording a pass rate of 99.13 per cent. A sharp rise has been recorded in the students appearing for ICSE and ISC examinations over the past decade.
