CBSE 24×7 Helpline Facility: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), embroiled in controversy over discrepancies in scanned copies of Class 12 answer sheets, has launched a 24×7 helpline to assist students. Along with the helpline number, the board has also released an email address. Through this facility, students can ask questions related to their results and evaluation, as well as address their concerns.

[email protected] or [email protected] 

Students with questions about their results, assessments, or stress can use CBSE’s tele-counseling facility to find solutions. Hundreds of students who appeared in the CBSE 12th examination are facing many problems. Students allege that CBSE gave them wrong photocopies of the answer sheets. While many students have also accused CBSE of giving wrong marks. Many such students have claimed through posts on social media that they had got some other marks in the 12th final result, whereas some other marks have been given in the photocopy of the answer sheet. Similarly, some students have also alleged that they had given correct answers, but despite this they have not received the marks.
