The Chief Minister of the state of Madhya Pradesh, Dr Mohan Yadav, flagged the launch of the Run for Cyber rally conducted by the MP Police under the National Cyber Awareness Month 2025. The awareness campaign to raise awareness over cyber safety began at Platinum Plaza at Atal Path and ended at TT Nagar Stadium, passing through Apex Bank Tiraha.

In his speech during the event, CM Dr Mohan Yadav emphasised that India is rapidly developing in the sphere of digital payments, and the country has become a global leader in the sphere of digital transactions. He, however, pointed out that as we have such advanced we have the obligation to fight cybercrime. He mentioned that we cannot do away with digital advancements because of crime, but we should work on deterring cyber crimes. The Chief Minister also praised the move of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to declare October as National Cyber Awareness Month, aimed at improving the cybersecurity awareness of the people.

Dr Mohan Yadav also added that Madhya Pradesh is also engaged in a number of conservation efforts to conserve the wildlife and nature. He declared that crocodiles will be discharged to the sacred Narmada River as part of a biodiversity conservation campaign. Ma Narmada uses the crocodiles as her vehicle. We are now in the process of boosting the population of crocodiles in Narmada, having released gharials in the Chambal River.

On political developments, the Chief Minister was confident that the NDA would make a government in Bihar with a huge majority. According to him, leaders of the alliance are not resting after campaigning to make sure that NDA wins. He concluded by saying that Madhya Pradesh and Bihar have a historical relationship of more than 2,200 years, and Bihar has developed well under the NDA government.
