New Delhi: On the Delhi-Lucknow Highway in the Hapur area, the Uttar Pradesh Police on Saturday discovered a woman’s body crammed into a red suitcase.

On a service lane close to the highway, travelers noticed the suitcase. The woman’s body was discovered with several injuries when the luggage was opened.

According to Vineet Bhatnagar, senior superintendent of police, the woman seems to be between 25 and 30 years old. “The body was found near a service road. A team of police personnel and forensic experts were dispatched to inspect the area,” Bhatnagar said. “The body has been sent for a post-mortem.” Additionally, according to Bhatnagar, the woman’s injuries indicate that she might have passed away a day prior. He added, “There are no signs which could indicate us of her identity.”

Last month, a woman was killed, and four months later her body was found close to the home of the Kanpur District Magistrate. Following an investigation, it was discovered that the woman had died.
Vimal Soni, the woman’s gym trainer, has been taken into custody in relation to the case. During interrogation, the Green Park-based gym trainer admitted to burying the businessman’s wife’s body in an area containing bungalows reserved for public servants.

After digging, the accused, who lives in the Raipurwa locality of Kanpur, informed the investigators of the location where the body was discovered. According to reports, he was upset about the trainer’s wedding being finalized.
