Bhopal: Particularly during this festive season, the coming celebrations are Diwali, Chhath Puja and Karwa Chouth in some time. During such occasions, individuals who live far from their kin go to their homes to celebrate with their family members. This results in increased passenger traffic hence making it impossible to contain the large turn of trains. To overcome this, Indian Railways has always declared special trains in the festive season in order to avoid inconvenience to the people.

As per this tradition, the Railways has now informed a number of new special trains that will run through the different stations in the Bhopal division to reach out to and cater for the interest of people inside Bhopal city. As many as 12 special trains will run to help passengers undertaking Bihar-bound as well as for those coming to Mumbai and Uttar Pradesh.

Key details of the special trains include:

Train 01143 will depart from LTT Mumbai daily at 10:30 AM from 22nd October to 11th of November, arriving at Danapur the following day at 6:45 PM. The return train, 01144, will depart daily from Danapur at 9:30 Pm from October 23 to November 12 and reaches LTT Mumbai on the third day at 4:50 AM, respectively.

Train 01145 will operate weekly from October 21 to November 11, departing from CSMT Mumbai every Monday at 11:05 AM and reaches Asansol on the third day at 2:30 AM. The return service, 01146, will depart Asansol every Wednesday from October 23 to November 13 at 9:00 PM and arrive at CSMT Mumbai on day three at 8:15 AM.

Train 01205 will depart from Pune daily from October 25 to November 7 at 3:30 PM and reach Danapur on the next day at 2:00 AM. Train 01206 will depart daily from Danapur at 5:30 AM from October 27 to November 9, arriving in Pune the next day at 6:15 PM.

These other services will go a long way to help guests especially during the festive seasons. Hence, most travellers will experience fewer hitches during their trips.
