Bhopal: In Madhya Pradesh, BJP is focusing the most on the tribal class these days; today’s day is also being considered important for the tribals because CM Shivraj will launch the Tantya Bhil Gaurav Kalash Yatra in the state today. This yatra will start from Badod Ahir, the birthplace of Tantya Bhil located in Khandwa district, which has been named as “Kranti Surya Gaurav Kalash Yatra”.

Starting from the birthplace of Tantya Bhil, this yatra will be taken out to parts of the state. Initially, this yatra will originate from different tribal areas of Malwa and Nimar, all the participants of Kalash Yatras will meet at Dhar on December 3rd, then the yatra will reach Indore from here. Meetings and other programs will be organized on the Yatra route. The yatra will come to Patalpani on December 4th.

A Kalash Yatra will also bring from Jabalpur to Mati in Mahakaushal zone, where the firangis hanged Jannayak Tantya Mama. On December 4th, CM Yatra will conclude at Patalpani, Indore. It should be noted that Tantya Bhil was arrested by the British in 1889 and he was sentenced to death on October 18th. After his death, the British threw his body near the Ratapani railway station near Indore, where the local people built a temple in his honour and memory.

In such a situation, this “Revolution Surya Gaurav Kalash Yatra” is being considered important for BJP because this yatra is going to come out especially from those areas, where BJP had to suffer in the 2018 assembly elections. Earlier, in the Tribal Pride Day held in the capital Bhopal, many announcements were organized for the tribal class. In such a situation, now this journey starting from the birthplace of Tantya Bhil is also considered important.
