New Delhi: AI Impact Summit is starting today. PM Narendra Modi will inaugurate the event to be held at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi this evening. The Bharat Mandapam exhibition area will remain closed today (inauguration at 5 pm), and the exhibition will open for all from 17 February. Apart from heads of many countries, CEOs of tech companies, and many other big names will participate. Running from 16 to 20 February, the summit will have around 500 events along with the main program and more than 800 exhibitors, including tech companies, AI start-ups, and research labs, who will exhibit their AI products and solutions.
The PMO issued a statement stating that the India AI Impact Expo 2026 will be held from today (16) to 20 February at Bharat Mandapam, alongside the India AI Impact Summit. The expo will be a national platform for practical demonstrations of AI, where policy meets practice, innovation is implemented at scale, and technology reaches the common citizen.
The event aims to foster new partnerships within the global AI ecosystem and create business opportunities. The exhibition will feature pavilions from 13 countries showcasing international collaboration in the field of artificial intelligence. These include pavilions from Australia, Japan, Russia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Serbia, Estonia, Tajikistan, and Africa. The conference will be held from today until February 20th.
According to reports, the summit will be attended by Prime Ministers from at least six countries and Presidents from seven countries, including France and Brazil. Besides these, ministerial delegations from 45 countries and top officials from several international organizations, including the United Nations, will also participate. Google CEO Sundar Pichai, Nvidia founder Jensen Huang, DeepMind CEO Demis Hassabis, Microsoft President Brad Smith, and Qualcomm CEO Cristiano Amon are also coming to Delhi to participate in the summit.
