Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh is once again proud. Raja Bhoj Airport, Bhopal, has achieved the second ranking in the country for the second consecutive year in the Airports Authority of India’s (AAI) National Customer Satisfaction Index (Customer Satisfaction Survey) 2025. The survey was conducted in round II during July to December 2025.
Khajuraho Airport also achieved the top ranking. Both airports brought honor to the state by achieving the highest scores in passenger feedback.
Highlights of the survey:
- Passenger feedback was taken at 58 airports across the country.
- Bhopal and Khajuraho achieved a perfect 5/5 score in the first round (January-June 2025).
- In the second round (July-December 2025), both scored 4.99/5.
- Bhopal Airport topped in Category-3 (with more than 15 lakh passengers).
- Gwalior Airport secured sixth position and Jabalpur Airport secured seventh position.
- Indore Airport was not included in this survey.
This achievement is the result of the hard work of the airport staff, improved facilities, cleanliness, security, and passenger services. Passengers have expressed complete confidence in the parking, trolleys, security checks, food facilities, and staff behavior. The inclusion of four major airports from Madhya Pradesh in the top 10 reflects the rapid development of air facilities in the state.
