Rashtra Prerna Sthal: The country is celebrating the 101st birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee today. On this occasion, BJP is organizing many programs across the country.
In this series, PM Narendra Modi will inaugurate the ‘Rashtra Prerna Sthal’ built in Lucknow today. This memorial has been built in honor of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and Deendayal Upadhyaya. It has poems and speeches of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, nationalist quotes of Bharatiya Jana Sangh founder Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and Deendayal Upadhyaya. It is also equipped with audio presentations showing their contribution in building the nation.
Spread over 65 acres at a cost of Rs 230 crore, the site houses magnificent sculptures, a museum and a cultural centre, showcasing the contributions and thoughts of these national leaders and inspiring the youth to build the nation.
Giving information about the inauguration of ‘Rashtra Prerna Sthal’, PM Modi wrote on social media that – Our government is committed to respecting and preserving the legacy of the great personalities of the country. In this connection, tomorrow at around 2:30 pm, on the occasion of the 101st birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna, respected Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji, I will have the privilege of inaugurating ‘Rashtra Prerna Sthal’ in Lucknow. Here, along with Vajpayee ji, grand bronze statues of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay ji have also been installed. Along with this, a state-of-the-art museum has also been developed, where one will get the opportunity to learn about the invaluable contribution of these visionary leaders in nation building.
