Security forces have achieved a major success in Sukma district of Chhattisgarh. 5 Naxalites including 1 woman have been arrested with explosive material from the Jagargunda police station area. A reward of Rs 5 lakh has been announced by the Chhattisgarh government on one of these Naxalites.
According to the information, the rewarded Naxalite was active in Gadchiroli (Maharashtra) area and all the arrested Naxalites are residents of Jagargunda police station area. A joint team of security forces has taken this major action. District force, DRG and 165 battalion CRPF played an important role in this action.
