Madhya Pradesh : PWD official killed after speeding vehicle crashes into roadside structure

Public Works Department (PWD) official died in a sad accident on Harda-Indore road near Kannod. The body has been identified as of Darayav Singh Parmar, Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) in PWD department, Betul.

Preliminary reports claimed that Parmar was en route to Dhar where he was going to meet and fetch back his family from Betul when the accident happened. He was driving his Bolero automotive when it is alleged it overturned near Kannod before colliding with an iron structure and into a wall in the roadside.

The impact of the collision was severe, completely damaging the vehicle and leaving Parmar with fatal injuries. He died on scene without medical assistance.

The police received information regarding the accident and rushed to the site where they took custody of the body for further procedures. An investigation is underway to find out exactly what occurred in the crash.

There is still questions surrounding who was operating the vehicle at the time of the crash and if any occupants were on the inside of the vehicle at the time of the crash. Police are investigating the entire situation, such as what might have caused the vehicle to lose control.

A case has been opened and further investigations are being made. The unexpected death of the PWD officer has left the department in a state of mourning, as well as his family.
