Indore: An accidental fire that happened at the Deepmala Dhaba in Indore, which is the capital of Madhya Pradesh, burnt three shops in a single go. The fire is said to have broken out, gutting a scrap shop and two stalls which dealt in foodstuffs. The video footage of the incident has also been produced, which could have given important clues on the fire. It happened at night in Bhanwarkuan, and people were worried about what more the fire could do.
According to the media, it started near the Deepmala Dhaba and soon engulfed an area with a scrap shop and three shops. It remains shocking to the shop owners that the fire occurred dramatically, and many of them have loss estimates to begin with. There is much confusion as to what resulted in the fire, but investigations are being conducted regarding the possibility of the fire having been ignited deliberately.
The owner of the scrap shop has lodged a serious complaint that some anti-social elements of the locality had set the fire. This statement is still pending investigation since the police are conducting an investigation on the CCTV records in an attempt to get some clues. The appearance of the fire is also captured in this footage since the first few minutes could make a difference between an accident and arson.
While receiving the emergency call, two fire brigade trucks were sent to the scene. Emphasized that the extreme fire outbreak took about 45 minutes to 1 hour and a half to be tamed. Nevertheless, this did not prevent a lot of harm having been already made by then.
Now, the Bhanwarkuan police are investigating the case and trying to find the actual causes of the fire. The investigation will establish if the fire was a result of an accident or caused by the scrap dealer, as he alleged. On the other hand, shopkeepers are at their pay, awaiting quick justice as they bear heavy losses.
