Raipur: The Bastar Fighter Guard launched under the leadership of CM Bhupesh Baghel, began its recruitment process on Sunday. Around 5405 eligible candidates appeared for the written exam following which they would appear for the scheduled physical efficiency test.
The 50-mark question paper was in the OMR format. The physical test begins on 26th July and will continue until 3rd August when 900 candidates from each district will be questioned.
The Bastar Fighters is aimed at strengthening the existing forces to end Maoist domination.
