Raipur: Leading up, to the 2023 Chhattisgarh Assembly Election, political parties have been actively deploying their campaigners to engage with the public. Tomorrow the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will witness the presence of their campaigner, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is scheduled to visit the Kanker district for a rally.

Prime Minister Modi is expected to arrive in Raipur, the state capital, after a flight of 1 hour and 55 minutes from Delhi. Upon reaching Raipur, he will proceed towards the Kanker district, where he will address a gathering of people. This event holds importance as it may witness the participation of three BJP candidates and other potential contenders from the Bastar region in the Prime Minister’s rally.

The Chhattisgarh Assembly Election 2023 is poised to be an observed event, and Prime Minister Modi’s involvement underlines BJP’s determination to establish a strong position in the state. Under his leadership, the BJP has been actively conducting campaigns to connect with voters and communicate its vision and agenda for Chhattisgarh. In the assembly elections, the Congress party emerged victorious by securing a majority, with 68 seats, out of the 90 assembly constituencies. This led to their defeat of the ruling BJP party.
