Raipur: The meritorious students of Chhattisgarh were given a reward of air travel today. Students who appeared in the merit list of Chhattisgarh Examination Board hot a chance to fly in a helicopter. 119 children got to travel in helicopter in 18 rounds beginning at 8 AM today.
“How happy the kids are! We had promised that we will provide helicopter rides to the toppers of class 10th and 12th. Today it has started. 125 students of class 10th and 12th will enjoy helicopter ride”, tweeted chief minister Bhupesh Baghel.
The students had already been called to Raipur. The offivers reached the government helipad located at the Police Parade Ground in Raipur. School Education Minister Dr. Premsai Singh Tekam, Principal Secreatry Dr. Alok Shujla and many people welcomed the students.
