Raipur: Seven persons including two government doctors, two health department employees and three others found COVID-19 positive in Chhattisgarh’s Capital Raipur on Friday.
As per the information received by the health department, two doctors posted at Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar Memorial Medical Hospital (BRAMH) have tested Coronavirus positive. The hospital management is gathering information about those people, who came in their contact as a precautionary measure.
While the two data operators, posted at the office of Raipur district chief medical and health officer (CMHO) also detected COVID-19 positive. It is yet to be known, how they were infected with the Coronavirus. All the persons, who have tested Coronavirus positive have been quarantined.
At the same time, three other people have also been found COVID-19 infected in the state capital. The situation is getting worse as the infection spreads among those who work as Corona Warriors. People have now been asked to be more vigilant by the government.
