Chhattisgarh: India is taking all the measures in the fight against coronavirus outbreak but the faulty rapid testing has created panic in everybody’s mind. There has been many fake reports registered nationwide after being tested from these kits.

As per the latest report, Chhattisgarh’s Surajpur district is the newest addition to fall in this trap. Out of 10 suspected patients which were reported earlier, only 3 came positive after being tested via RT_PCR kit confirms AIIMS Raipur.

With this, the total number of infected people in Chhattisgarh rises to 41, including 5 active cases and 36 patients have recovered so far.

AIIMS, Raipur tweeted “Medical Bulletin-Confirmatory Test conducted on 10 suspected COVID-19 samples from Surajpur 03 were found positive. Six from Surajpur will be sent in quarantine, one will be re-tested.”

Previously, these patients had undergone corona test through rapid test kit in which all were found positive.
