Indore: A group of medical students who returned from Ukraine approached MP Chief minister Chauhan with a request to help them in getting admission in local colleges to complete the course along with required permission to start the practice on Friday.
The students submitted a memorandum to the CM which stated that 500-600 students returned home from Ukraine. “About 250 from Indore and Ujjain division, who were studying in different medical universities of Ukraine but had to return due to humanitarian crisis caused by Russian Invasion”- the memorandum read. It further added that the unprecedented situtaion in Ukraine prevents them to from returning to continue their studies and practice.
Thousands of Indians mainly students, returned home under Op- Ganga initiated by the government of India to lift those stranded in the war hit zone.
