Sushant Singh Rajput’s Father Lodge FIR against Rhea Chakraborty; know the 10 key points raised

Patna: The late Actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s Father KK Singh has lodged an FIR case under various sections of IPC against his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty who is also an actor after a month Sushant was found dead in his apartment Suburban Bandra Mumbai.

Sanjay Singh, Inspector General of Police, Patna have confirmed that the FIR was filed against Rhea Chakraborty on Saturday.

After the death of Sushant, Rhea Chakraborty has been in the social  media for being the alleged girlfriend of the 34-year-old actor, who committed suicide on 14 June by hanging himself in his apartment in suburban Bandra. 

Sushant’s family have under-trail Rhea of abetment to suicide and alleging that she cheated with him financially and mentally harassed Sushant.

The key Allegations made by the late Actor’s Family in the FIR:

• “Before 2019, when my son Sushant Singh had no mental health issue and  problem, what happened after coming in contact with Rhea, that suddenly Sushant Singh had a mental problem. This Should be investigated.”, wrote Sushant’s father in the letter addressed to police.
  
• Sushant Singh Rajput wanted to quit working with films. He wanted to shift to Coorg in Kerala and do organic farming. But Rhea Chakraborty did not support him for this. Rhea told Sushant that she cannot shift from Mumbai. When Rhea felt Sushant would not agree to live in Mumbai.
  
• So on 6 June 2020, Rhea took huge cash, jewellery, credit cards, important documents, laptop and medical records from Sushant’s house and left her home. Even Rhea blocked Sushant’s number in his phone. Should this matter be investigated?
  
• Earlier in this tragedy , Sushant Singh Rajput had a full name in the acting world, so what is the reason that after Rhea’s arrival, Sushant Singh’s films were completely reduced. Should it be investigated?
  
• During this period, the doctors who have treated my son Sushant Singh at the behest of Rhea, I think these doctors were also involved in this conspiracy with Rhea. It should be investigated what treatment they have given and which medicines were given to my son.
  
• If Sushant was being treated for some kind of mental illness, then why no consent was obtained from the family members? While a person is mentally ill, all his rights remain with his family. Should it be investigated?
  
• In the year 2019, Sushant had 17 crore rupees in his account. But within a month, 15 crore rupees were transferred to such accounts, which were not even linked to Sushant’s account. It should be investigated how Rhea and her associates fraudulently dumped that money.
  
• Rhea chakravorty took Sushant Singh rajput to her residence it’s akijd of farmhouse in between the jungle and wild during the treatment and he was overdosed. Rhea told everyone that Sushant had dengue, but in reality Sushant never had any symptoms of dengue. This all are totally fraud and planned.
  
• Sushant called his sister and told her that Rhea had threatened him to show doctor receipts to the media and would prove him mad. Thereafter, no person would give him work,”
  
• Rhea was not agreed and always rivaled Sushant if he signed a film without her means Rhea always wanted the lead role opposite to him in the film. So he did not let Sushant to Sign a single film contract with her. In Dec 2019, Rhea forcibly told Sushant to change his contact number so that no close ones and family members will be in touch even if she not allowed Sushant to visit his local home in Patna Bihar.

The Mumbai Police is already investigating in the alleged suicide case and has asked questioned to many people. Rhea in her statement to the Mumbai police had claimed that Sushant was suffering from depression and undergoing treatment.

The FIR has been lodged against Rhea including her 6 other family members. On Tuesday Afternoon, A four member team of Patna Police went to Mumbai for investigation of the case.

The FIR case have been filed under various sections of IPC 306 abetment of suicide including many other section. The police have filed complaints against 40 people including his cook, Bollywood bigwigs personality, his girlfriend Rhea and filmmaker of Yash Raj films etc.

Many big personalities, several Bihar politicians Public and his fans have demanded a CBI inquiry in Sushant’s death.
