Indore, Madhya Pradesh: In a shocking incident in MP’s Indore, 3 minor girls have committed suicide by consuming poison. 2 of them have died while the other is under treatment. All three girls are school students and they were friends with each other. The one girl who is undergoing treatment has also given her statement to the Indore police.
The Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police of Indore, Prashant Chaubey said, “According to the doctors, two girls have died while one is undergoing treatment and she has also given the statement to the police. She stated different reasons for all of them to attempt suicide. One girl consumed poison because of a family dispute, one had a dispute with a friend and one said that if both her friends were committing suicide then why should she live.”
The police are taking prompt action in checking the area’s CCTV footage as they claim that those minor girls are residents of Ashta and they might have come to Indore for any apparent reason. “All the three girls are residents of Ashta and they are school students. They somehow reached Indore and consumed sulphas (a poisonous substance) at a park near Apple hospital under Bhanwarkuan police station limits”, said the ADCP.
Further investigations are on for the case and all details are being verified by the Indore police to find out the real reason for the suicide attempt by these minor girls.
