Crossing all limits of cruelty, A father first raped his elder daughter. Then he murdered her and then did all this with the younger daughter. Now the POSCO court of Alwar has sentenced the accused father to life imprisonment. He has also been fined 25 thousand.
According to the information, a minor girl was found in unclaimed circumstances on 11 April 2019 in Khairthal police area of Alwar district. The police recuperated her and reported her to the child welfare committee of Alwar. The Child Welfare Committee counseled her and sent her to the girl child home. Later, during the counseling conducted by the committee, the girl told about the father’s actions.
The child told that the father raped her. He used to do all this with his elder sister as well. She was later murdered. The committee sent a copy of the victim’s statements and letter to the SP for action. The SP directed Khairthal police to take action in the matter.
Khairthal police registered a case against the accused father and arrested him. After completing the investigation, the police presented a charge sheet against the accused in the POSCO court. Special Judge Rajendra Sharma on Thursday convicted the accused and sentenced him to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 25,000.
