Mumbai: Since the time Coronovirus has reached India, every state is readily taking measures to protect the citizens from this deadly disease. Going by the reports, Maharashtra tops the chart of having highest number of nCov-19 patients and to avoid spreading, CM Uddhav Thackeray makes an announcement to shut down all the shops, offices and establishments in major cities like Mumbai,pune, nagpur till 31st of March.

Maharashtra government has ordered complete shut down in mumbai metropolitan region (MMR), except essential services and public transport. However, the bank will remain open in the region. CM also mentioned that the government office will operate at 25 percent attendance and proper security measures will be taken for the employees.

Maharashtra, which has seen 52 cases of coronavirus so far, is not taking any chances of spreading this disease and therefore, the government is doing everything possible to curb the spread of this virus. The essential services will be made available for the people but citizens are required to reduce unnecessary movement, he further added.
