NEW DELHI: Latest developments reveal that Anjali, the scooty-bound woman who was hit and dragged by a car in Sultanpuri, Kanjhawala was under the influence of alcohol. Nidhi, the friend of deceased Anjali, informed the media.

Nidhi- the pillion rider with Anjali in a statement to the cops revealed that Anjali was drunk while she was riding the two-wheeler. Interacting with the media, Nidhi said that despite her persuasion to ride the motorcycle, Anjali insisted that she rides despite being under the influence of alcohol.
The 20-year-old girl who died due to shock, and hemorrhage owing to multiple fractures- as per autopsy reports was cremated amidst high security on Tuesday night. A panel of three doctors from Maulana Azad Medical College who conducted the autopsy has ruled “shock and hemorrhage as a result of antemortem injury to the head, spine, left femur and both lower limbs” as the provisional cause of death.
