Maharashtra: The political turmoil in Maharashtra came to rest shortly after Rebel Shiv Sena Eknath Shinde and BJPs Fadnavis met Guv BS Koshyari. In a very shortwhile after the announcement, former Maha CM Fadnavis backed out from taking over the reigns of the state adminstration once again declaring Shinde as the CM. Shinde will take oath as the new CM at 7: 30 pm today evening.
Soon after the announcement, Shinde said- ” The decision which we took today is for the Hindutva and ideology of Balasaheb aling with the aganda of developmetn inthe constituencies of our MLAs”. He further thanked Fadnavis for his generous attitude.
Fadnavis who was scheduled to take an oath at 7 pm today, stated that Shinde would make a better leader for the state, hence he backed out. He further added that he would act as a support in developing the govt but not be a part of it.
Uddav Thackeray resigned from the post of the CM on Wednesday evening after the SC refused to stay the floor test demanded by the Rebel Shiv Sena and had called for a floor test today.
