Dharmendra Pradhan has officially resigned from his post as the Education Minister of India. The student protest, being led by the Cockroach Janata Party, gained a lot of attention. And the main reason why this protest was being conducted was to ensure that the education minister resigns.
Rahul Gandhi, the Leader of Opposition, also talked about the same as he was seen visibly happy in the video he posted on his social media. He thanked the students to ensure that some pressure is created on the government, which would ensure the resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan.
As soon as he resigned, Abhijeet Dipke stood tall in the protest. He said, “Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation proves that if we do not bow down to this govt, we can force many more such resignations. No need to be scared, this is democracy.”
Various other politicians and popular celebrities have reacted to Dharmendra Pradhan stepping down from his post.
Arvind Kejriwal posted a video saying that Dharmendra Pradhan resigning from his post is a big win for democracy.
The BJD Chief, Naveen Patnaik also tweeted on this matter as he congratulated the GenZ for a victory in this case. He tweeted saying, “I congratulate the young people of India, especially the Gen Z for this victory. Accountability and sensitivity to public opinion are integral values of a strong democracy. Nobody is above the will of the people. Voices of our people especially of the youth, deserve to be heard. The future of India belongs to the youth. I wish them all the best.”
