Congress released its second list of candidates for the Jharkhand Assembly Election late on Thursday night. There are names of 7 candidates in the second list of Congress. The most surprising name in this is of KN Tripathi (Krishna Nand Tripathi). Krishna Nand Tripathi had filed a nomination against Mallikarjun Kharge in the Congress President election. However, his nomination was canceled. The party has made Tripathi a candidate from Daltonganj assembly seat.
In the second list of Congress, apart from Daltonganj, names of candidates have been announced for Pakur, Barhi Assembly, Kanke Assembly, Panki, Vishrampur and Chhatarpur Assembly seats. Earlier, names of 21 candidates were announced in the first list. In this way, the party has announced the names of 28 candidates so far.
Congress has given ticket to Nishat Alam from Pakur assembly seat of Jharkhand. At the same time, the party has made Arun Sahu the candidate from Barhi assembly seat. Suresh Kumar Baitha has been made the candidate from Kanke (SC) seat. Along with this, Lal Suraj has been fielded from Panki assembly seat. Sudhir Kumar Chandravanshi has been given ticket from Vishrampur seat. Along with this, Radha Krishna Kishore has been made the candidate from Chhatarpur assembly seat.
