Experiencing a continuous decline in box office earnings, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya collected ₹1.70 crore on its 14th day, bringing the total to ₹66 crore. The romantic comedy, directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, marks the first collaboration between Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon, also featuring Dharmendra, Dimple Kapadia, Rakesh Bedi, Ashish Verma, and Rakesh Kumar.
Jointly produced by Maddock Films and Jio Studios, the film showcases Shahid Kapoor’s return to dancing after 8 years. In a promotional interview, he shared his nervousness about dancing alongside Kriti Sanon, praising the film’s enjoyable music. Shahid mentioned Kriti’s growing dance prowess, admitting she surpassed him by the third song.
Conversely, Kriti Sanon, despite her nerves, expressed admiration for Shahid Kapoor’s dance skills. She acknowledged his sharpness, moves, and effortlessness, revealing her own love for dancing, having been trained in Kathak from a young age.
