The coronavirus made rounds to a Star-studded dinner on December 8th, sources said after Kareena Kapoor, Amrita Arora and Seema Khan tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday. Apparently, the duo had attended a dinner, after their director friend called a couple of friends for a lavish feast.

Since the reports of the two actors testing positive surfaced, BMC has launched RT-PCR tests at their buildings. Tracing over a dozen of contacts the BMC has conducted several tests beginning with the host Karan Johar, who tested negative.

Officials beefed up security at the celeb’s premises scrutinizing moments. Civic officials in PPE kits sanitized the buildings this morning. Officials from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation informed to monitor the actor’s health daily as the Omicron threat looms over the nation. “Some people have been infected. We have done contact tracing and over 15 people have been tested. The results are due tomorrow,” said Assistant Municipal Commissioner Suresh Kakani.

Kareena Kapoor and Amrita Arora informed the news on Instagram. Mrs Khans’ post read- I have tested positive for Covid. I immediately isolated myself while following all medical protocols. I request anyone who has come in contact with me to please get tested.

Sources claim Mrs Khan and Amrita Arora had also attended another party last week, hosted by Anil Kapoor’s daughter Rhea Kapoor.
