Delhi Police have given the thumbs-up to Diljit Dosanjh’s concert, which will be held in the national capital on October 30. Talks of permission of the event over security concerns came to a head the day before, so the development happened soon after that.
Delhi Police in the report had put a number of restrictions on the organizers before granting approval for the concert. This comprised numbers of private security staff, crowd management plans and other appropriate safety measures. The police allowed it upon acceptance of consent by the organisers.
The acceptance puts the concert on firm ground since some doubts had been raised about the arrangements and how this concert will proceed.
Diljit Dosanjh Shares Cryptic Message
In a clip shared on social media, Diljit Dosanjh spoke about the challenges he faced and how he has managed to persevere them. He did not explicitly mention the concert war, but with talks of the concert growing in momentum, the timing of the message was garnered attention.
The singer said that it is possible to give its opponent more energy at the end in the video, if they were trying to stop him or her or sabotage his work. He also claimed that failures could mean that there is a better alternative coming.
Diljit also revealed that he was confident that problems one may encounter today have the potential of helping one to develop and improve later in life.
He spoke about keeping positive and getting beyond small problems.
The concert will further be held after Delhi Police agreed with organisers on the conditions and barring any further changes, it will go on schedule Oct 30. Security and crowd control protocols set forth by authorities will be in play.
