The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education has officially announced the Class 10 and Class 12 examinations result of 2026 that have relieved and excited thousands of students in the state. Whereas the result link was supposed to be activated at 2:30 pm, it was actually availed at approximately 3:30 pm. Students are now able to view and get their scorecards on the official websites, cg.results.nic.in and cgbse.nic.in.
The candidates are expected to key in their roll number and other required credentials correctly to access their marksheet. The digital marksheet is then shown on-screen and can be downloaded to be referred to in the future. Students are encouraged to confirm anything and communicate to the authorities in case of discrepancies.
The Class 10 (High School Certificate) exams will be held within February 21 and March 13, 2026, starting with the first language (Hindi) paper. Exams were conducted in one shift (between 9:00 am and 12:15 pm) within the usual routine of the board.
The results this year are not a new trend and girls are performing better than boys in both Class 10 and Class 12 examinations. Women students have again registered higher pass percentages in all the streams, which indicates similar performance over the past years.
Education professionals observe that the higher performance of girls is an indicator of the growing access to education, stronger support structures, and concentrated academic endeavors. The announcement is a significant milestone to the students as they head to the next phase of their academic or career lives.
