Patna: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to formally launch the NDA’s election campaign for the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025 through the ‘Mera Booth, Sabse Mazboot’ campaign. In this mega event organized through digital platform, PM Modi will directly connect with the party workers of all 243 assembly constituencies of the state and will give the mantra of electoral victory. More than 20,000 workers of NDA constituent parties BJP, JDU, HAM and RLM will participate in the event, who are considered the backbone of the organization from booth to district level.

In this completely digital and interactive program, PM Modi assigned special responsibilities to the workers on three key points:

Positive publicity and communication:
An appeal was made to disseminate information about the central and state government’s public welfare schemes to every household. Modi stated that strengthening the bridge of trust among the people is the real key to victory.

Emphasis on increasing voter turnout:
The Prime Minister said that a strategy should be adopted to reach maximum voters at every polling booth. In particular, efforts should be prioritized to bring young and women voters to the polling booths, especially first-time voters.

Booth Management and Coordination:
Workers were asked to clearly define roles at each booth. They were instructed to coordinate between the booth in-charge, the page head, and the social media team.

Earlier on Tuesday, the BJP has released its first list of candidates for the Bihar Assembly elections. The first list has the names of 71 candidates, including that of Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary. Chaudhary will contest the Tarapur Assembly seat. The seat was won by the JD-U’s Rajeev Kumar Singh in the 2021 bypolls.

Minister of Agriculture Vijay Kumar Sinha, who shares the Deputy CM’s chair with Samrat Chaudhary, will be defending his Lakhisarai seat.
