Former Chhattisgarh CM Slams Congress After Issuing Statement in Context of “Fake Toolkit Circulation”

Chhattisgarh: Raipur Civil Police lines official recorded the former CMs statement at his residence today at 12:30 pm in connection with an FIR lodged on a complaint that he, party colleague Sambit Patra and some others had allegedly circulated a fake toolkit.

Just after the session terminated, Dr Raman held a press meet at his residence in Maulshree Vihar and issued a derogatory statement against Congress Party. He quoted that the FIR against him is a conspiracy of Congress. ” At the behest of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, the Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh lodges an FIR here. The process is being carried out entirely not from the civil line police station but from the Congress office, he said.”

Referring to the complaint lodged on May 18 by an NSUI functionary, the former CM nudged the involvement of Sambit Patras’s name in the FIR. According to him, the Raipur Civil Lines police registered an FIR in the latter’s name a day later on the recommendation of Congress. Condemning the police under violation of IPC and CRPC sections, the former CM alleged, ” the notice issued to me by the police was tweeted by the Congress even before I got it. The document, which should have been with the police, was with the Congress. It clearly indicates from where the police are getting directions.” 

Speaking in the context of the Toolkit, Dr Raman alleged that Congress is determined to invade Modi Government’s integrity.
