Actor Alia Bhatt has quashed all rumours and finally arrived at the French Riviera to attend the 78th Cannes Film Festival. Earlier, it was suggested that she might cancel her debut appearance amid the India-Pakistan tensions.
Alia wore an ivory-nude Schiaparelli off-the-shoulder bodycon gown with dainty white floral detailing on a cinched corset. She completed her look with a sleek bun and retro Hollywood glam. Apart from the actress’ couture, a kaala teeka behind her ear caught the attention of desi fans. Warding off the evil eye, Alia represented every Indian at Cannes 2025.
On May 23, videos started surfacing online showing Alia arriving at the famous Martinez hotel with her entourage. Alia is seen wearing a short brown wrap dress with a slit in the front. She accessorised her look with tie-up high heels, a luxury handbag, and dark eyewear. The national award-winning actor looked excited as she waved and smiled at her fans.
She wore a white tank top featuring Gucci’s signature green and red striped trim along the scooped neckline. This marked the second time she sported the Rs 59,452 top, previously seen during her fan meet-and-greet in Mumbai.
She paired the top with loose, washed-out denim jeans and completed the look with a tan double-breasted blazer featuring oversized lapels. For accessories, the actress chose small gold hoop earrings and narrow Gucci sunglasses. However, it was her Gucci bag—worth Rs 3 lakh—that truly stole the show.
