Bhopal: The Modi Government has brought down new gifts for Madhya Pradesh. With the help of the National AYUSH Mission, it has been approved that five Ayurvedic colleges led by the government will be established in the state. This will also be accompanied by the establishment of two Ayurvedic hospitals with 50 beds each. Inder Singh Parmar, the Minister of Education, Technical Education, and AYUSH, also expressed his gratitude for the actions taken by the government.

He also said that under the leadership of Dr Mohan Yadav and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Madhya Pradesh will have improved facilities in education and health. Further, the minister highlighted that such government initiatives will help expand the health and education services in the state to a great extent. The Government Colleges to be established under this scheme have been allocated 70 crore INR each, taking approximately 350 crore INR.

The districts of Sagar, Shahdol, Balaghat, Narmadapuram, and Morena will have the availability of these newly established Ayurvedic colleges, which ensures all the districts now have the colleges. Minister Parmar also emphasized the fact that one of the colleges is being established in Balaghat, which is a tribal-dominated region known for its medicinal herbs.

This will be a great initiative to motivate the students in Balaghat to study more about the herbs and other things available to them in their district. He also said that the herbs and plants available in Balaghat can now be explored more to enhance the healthcare services available in Madhya Pradesh. The first phase of the project will be focusing on the establishment of hospitals in these cities.
