Bhopal: The paramedical colleges of nursing of Madhya Pradesh will no longer be able to fill seats as per their wish. To curb fraud in colleges, students will now be given admission through the state examination only. Admission in the new session will be done through an entrance examination.

The university has sent a proposal to the government for the entrance examination from session 2024-25. The administration said that if VV is not ready to conduct nursing counseling and paramedical entrance examination, then VV will conduct the entrance examination itself. A decision in this regard has been taken in the Executive Council. Candidates who pass the entrance examination can participate in counselling.

Let us tell you that there are about 500 nursing and paramedical colleges in the state. If there is B.Sc Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc Nursing in Nursing College, then admission will be available in other courses including DMLD, BMLD in Paramedical College. Earlier, nursing colleges and paramedical colleges used to give admission as per their own wish. But this will not happen now.
