Raipur: Diping temperatures in Chhattisgarh is creating havoc of cold in all the districts of Surguja division. In which the lowest temperature was recorded in Ambikapur at 7.7 degrees Celsius. The temperature was recorded at 15.5 in Raipur, 13.6 in Mana Airport, 14 in Bilaspur, 10 in Pendra Road, 13.2 in Jagdalpur, 13.4 in Durg, 14.4 degree Celsius in Rajnandgaon.
According to the Meteorological Department, cold and dry air may come from the north. Due to which the period of decline in minimum temperature has started in the state. According to the Meteorological Department, there will be no significant impact on the maximum temperature for the next 5 days.
Even on Thursday, Ambikapur remained the coldest district in the state. The night temperature in Ambikapur reached 8.9 degrees Celsius. Whereas minimum temperature was recorded at 15.6 in Raipur, 14.4 in Bilaspur, 12.0 in Pendra Road and 13.8 in Jagdalpur.
