Durg: In another operation, in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has carried out a raid. ED officers arrived at the home of Suresh Ghinghani, who’s the owner of Dheengani Fire Works located in Padumanagar, Bhilai. They came with a team of four vehicles. After conducting an investigation and questioning session, the ED team took Vivek Dheengani, who’s Suresh Ghinghani’s son, with them and placed him in one of their cars. It has been reported that Vivek Dheengani and the ED team have now proceeded to a warehouse located in Vasundhara Nagar.

The ED operation is currently ongoing at locations in Bhilai, including a shop situated near a police petrol pump in Bhilai 3, as well as their residence in Padumanagar. As part of the investigation, documents are being thoroughly examined. It’s worth noting that this family also owns a firecracker shop in Pandri, Raipur.

This marks the time within one month that the ED has conducted a raid on establishments owned by the Ghinghani family. The repeated actions taken by the Enforcement Directorate have gained attention within the region.

The Enforcement Directorate is a financial investigation agency responsible, for enforcing economic laws and combating financial crimes.

Actions, like these usually require an investigation into issues such as money laundering, violations in exchange, and other financial irregularities. The fact that the ED is showing interest in the business activities of the Ghinghani family raises concerns, about misconduct or other violations that need to be looked into.

The details and findings of the ongoing operation are yet to be disclosed by the ED, and further developments in this matter are awaited. Such actions by enforcement agencies are part of their efforts to ensure adherence to financial regulations and maintain the integrity of the financial system.
