Raipur: After the schools were shut last year in the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak, the government still ponders on resuming the educational institutions.
Chhattisgarh witnessed curfew after the rumors of schools resuming their curriculum aired amongst the people. The Bhupesh Cabinet meeting tomorrow will submit the proposal.
The minister of school education said that a proposal will be submitted in the cabinet tomorrow discussing the norms on re-opening of schools after a hiatus of 11 months. The meeting will calendar the details of the academic session.
In the view of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the health department has conducted a poll on the regularization of the safety measures to follow in the educational institutions. With the completed survey of the norms, the health department is now ready to educate the institutions on safety precautions.
As per information received from sources, the educational institutions will be resumed to normalcy in an aphasic pattern, with the higher secondary schools being re-opened first. Schools will hold physical classes on a rotational basis every alternate day.
