Chhattisgarh: Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel will be on an inspectional tour to the Durg district and the Kanker district on Thursday. During his tour, the Chief Minister will gift an amount of Rs. 342 crores to the people of Kanker for development purposes.

According to the schedule, CM Baghel has already reached the Narahardev English Medium Government High School in Kanker to inspect the performance of the educational and administrative department of the school authority. After this, the CM will reach Kanker’s Govindpur Higher Secondary School ground by 12:40 PM, where he will perform the redemption of biodiversity register in a public address, followed by a speech at the conference arranged by the Forest Rights Committee.

Along with all these, CM Baghel will attend a few inaugural programs, set foundation stones for a few development and construction projects, and deliver commodities to needy people. 

After that, at 1:50 PM, the chief minister will board his helicopter from the helipad located at the Govindpur School Ground and leave for the Durg district. He will then reach Patantown in Durg district at 2:20 PM. There, the CM will take part in the birth anniversary celebration of Guru Ghasidas, arranged in Satnam Bhavan at 2:25 PM. After this, at 3:15 in the afternoon, he will depart from Patan by helicopter and return Raipur by 3:35 in the afternoon.
